     They consist of a beautiful wrapped and decorated cardboard cylinder containing a small gift and other party novelties.

     At birthday parties and dinner celebrations, crackers are used to decorate individual place settings and are usually opened prior to serving the meal. They provide a colorful and exciting start to any celeration by presenting each guest with a gift by which to remember the days events.

    At Christmas Crackers are also used as tree ornaments, stocking stuffers and welcoming gifts for visiting friends and family, Crackers can also be used as in invitations, promotional gifts, shower and wedding favors and advertising medium and unique gifts for special occasions such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s Day and an important anniversary.

     2. What is the device that makes the crackers “POP”? Is it dangerous?

    Answer: The popping sound that crackers make when they are pulled is produced by a device called a “Cracker Snap.” The “snap” consists of two narrow pieces of thin cardboard that are treated with a small amount of aggregate material at one end and joined together with the treated areas overlapping. When the free ends of the “snap” are pulled, the treated areas rub across each other producing a small, friction-activated pop or crack. “Cracker snaps” are not dangerous in any way as long as they are used inside crackers as intended. They should not be used on their own as noisemakers, or employed in the construction of other craft items.

  • Q.:UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • A.:In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund less shipping charges to the customer. Given that accurate contact information was provided with the order, we will also contact the customer within 24 hours to determine if they still wish to purchase the items that were returned and to obtain new or corrected shipping information. All reshipped orders will be charged the original shipping fee or a newly assessed fee if changes are made to the original order.

    If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed or the tracking information provided by the carrier indicates that your package can not be delivered, please CONTACT US by Email: info@sharppointcrafts.com and we will investigate the reason for the delayed delivery and work with you to resolve the issue. Most carriers will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver’s discretion to determine if it is safe to leave a package when no one is present to accept the delivery. Signature required deliveries will never be left without the driver obtaining a valid signature. Drivers are required to leave a failed delivery notice with each attempted delivery. After three failed delivery attempts the package will be returned to us and we will initiate the undeliverable package process described above.
