Hi My first time using Shopify to have my own business directly to our consumer

I have been always looking for a better solution on creating a bridge directly to our consumer so we may have ideas on how to improve our products and service. I have so many doubts myself on the Christmas Crackers, it's evolving trend in 2 or 3 years or even longer. Will people never use of them? or even more need of them? We are dying to have your opinions, Do share with us of any of your thinking, ideas, even complains. It's a sharing world anyway, people shall have the courage to share.
